Missing order
19059766 this is the order number for the order that was promised in September. I placed 2 orders the second of which has arrived. Your website does not make it easy to contact you regarding missing orders.

unreliable; poor customer service
They never delivered my order. It was just waste of time and money.

Brilliant online service,The boots arrived well packaged by a excellent postal service to the UK, the quality of the walking boots are of high standard, I will definitely use this store again,
I placed my order on 15 Dec 20 until now haven't received.
I send several messages on the service line and never respond.

Also during this period I made the mistake to place a second order No 21024091 that supposes to be delivered this days (22 - 25 Jan 21) but so far I haven't received even a tracking number.
I have never experienced such a bad customers service.

After 40 days final received my first order and customer service apologize for the delay.
For the second order I had to cancel as I have been informed that item delays to arrive at the warehouse so eventually will deliver late to me too.
In my opinion Company and Couriers facing problem both to receive and deliver.
Trekkinn must add personal in order to keep update it customers and avoid problems.
Delivery time was not that amazing because on piece out of five was not available. Changed the article, then is was OK.
I ordered boots because of an injury. They took a picture but they have not sent them. I cant even find a way to email or call. I am filling fraud charges at my bank and getting $250 back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM!!!
Very well priced boots but they really need to improve their returns process for their customers. Returned boots because they didn't fit - took 25 days to get refund
